Social Compliance
Our company, Toppros Products Limited, participates in the Business Social Compliance Initiative (amfori BSCI). BSCI was launched in 2003 by the Foreign Trade Association to increase transparency and improve working conditions of the global supply chain. Toppros Products Limited is also adopting the Sustainable Development Goals promoted by The United Nations. It is a shared blueprint adopted by all members of the United Nations in 2015 for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, from now to the future. At heart are the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These are the urgent calls for actions for all countries – developing or developed – in a global partnership. These SDGs are aimed to improve health and education, reduce inequality, and spur economic growth – all while tackling climate change and working to preserve our oceans and forests. Product Compliance
Product Safety and Environmental Concerns are two objectives we have in regards to product compliance. We test our products under the EU directives, that are divided into CE and others (REACH, FCM, and C&PC). Some of the more common CE directives include Toys, Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), Medical devices, Low Volt, RoHS and Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). Food Contact Material (FCM) and Cosmetic & Personal Care (C&PC) are covered by EU directive 1935/2004. Furthermore, Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) is covered by Directive 1907/2006. If no directives are applicable to a product, we follow the GPSD (General Product Safety Directive), which is applicable in the general public in the world.

We try to test most of our products in our catalogue. The products are tested by CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) Accepted laboratories.
